The Tina Aldea soulmate sketch is sold by its seller and retailed by ClickBank. The terms below summarise the seller's published policies as of the date shown. OccHealthNews does not process orders or refunds, and the terms on the order page are the ones that apply.

Two statements that do not quite match

The seller's home page advertises a "Risk-Free, 30 day money back guarantee". The seller's refund page is narrower. It says:

• the 30-day money-back guarantee applies if you do not receive your product;
• buyers who are not satisfied with the result are offered free revisions;
• completed sketches and readings are described as non-refundable.

We think buyers should know both statements before ordering.

Requesting a refund through ClickBank

The seller's refund page also explains how to request a refund through ClickBank order support:

• Go to clkbank.com and choose Order Support.
• Enter your order number and the email address you used to buy.
• Select Get Support, then choose the option to request a refund.

ClickBank reviews requests under its own policy. Your ClickBank receipt email contains the order number you need.

If your order does not arrive

Standard delivery is by email, usually within 24 to 48 hours, or about 6 hours with the express option. Check spam and promotions folders first. If nothing has arrived, contact the seller's order support with your order number, or open a request with ClickBank order support. Non-delivery is the case the seller's guarantee explicitly covers.

Revisions

If you receive your sketch and are unhappy with it, the seller offers free revisions. Ask for one through the seller's order support, quoting your order number.
